SimpliFi Clinical Interview with Manager second interview

Required Experience: 2 year of minimum experience, Will take first time travelers. IV insertion, trach management, chest tube management, NG Tube placement and management, feeding tubes, foley placement and management, wound care, dressing changes, central line management. Cardiac rhythm interpretation (preferred)

Required Certifications: BLS (required), NCI De-escalation certification (CPI or MOAB) – required & must have prior to start, ACLS (preferred)

Unit Information:
Beds: 34 Beds
17 on the South Side – Observation (fast paced)
17 on the North Side – Heavy Post-op (total joints, bariatrics, Gen Surg and MedSurg overflow)
CNA (Ratio 1:8-9, can be as high as 1:12 due to)
Patient Ratios: 1:5-6, can flex up to 7 in surge times but this is rare

EPIC
BD Alaris IV Pumps
Omnicell

Floating:
To any med-surg unit and holding/overflow unit

Scrubs: Ceil Blue, Royal Blue, White
Travelers cannot live within a 75-mile radius of the facility
