Description
We are seeking an experienced CT Technologist to join a leading acute care hospital in Davie, FL. The ideal candidate will perform high-quality computed tomography examinations while delivering exceptional patient care in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Perform CT scans according to physician orders and department protocols.
- Prepare and position patients for imaging procedures.
- Administer IV contrast when appropriate and monitor for adverse reactions.
- Ensure optimal image quality while maintaining patient safety.
- Accurately document procedures in the EMR/PACS system.
- Follow radiation safety standards and infection control guidelines.
- Collaborate with radiologists and the healthcare team to provide quality patient care.
- Maintain CT equipment and report any operational issues.
