Registered Nurse (LTAC/Telemetry) - Travel Position

Location

  • Denver, Colorado

Job Summary

  • Provide patient care in a Long-Term Acute Care (LTAC) and Telemetry setting.
  • Utilize the Nursing Process in accordance with state Nurse Practice Act and facility policies.
  • Demonstrate critical thinking, scientific judgment, and leadership for safe care delivery.
  • Maintain clinical competencies through continuing education.
  • Delegate and supervise patient care priorities based on staff education and experience.
  • Patient ratio approximately 1:6.

Contract Length

  • 8 weeks

Work Hours

  • 36 hours per week

Required Qualifications

  • Valid RN license in Colorado.
  • Long Term Acute Care experience with 2 years of experience.
  • Long Term Acute Care experience within the last year.
  • ACLS issued by the American Heart Association.
  • BLS issued by the American Heart Association.
  • Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing.
  • Ventilator and tracheostomy experience.
  • Central line knowledge.
  • Telemetry experience.
  • Wound Care experience.

Additional Notes

  • Prior travel experience is not explicitly required.
  • Must submit required certifications and licenses with application.
  • Familiarity with LTAC and Telemetry nursing care is essential.
