Description

Pharmacist | Roles & Responsibilities

Verify and accurately dispense medication orders.
Review medication profiles and monitor patient drug therapy for safety and effectiveness.
Identify and resolve medication-related issues, including drug interactions and adverse reactions.
Provide clinical drug information to physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
Prepare and verify sterile compounded medications as needed.
Supervise pharmacy technicians and ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations.

Required Documents / Certifications

Active California Pharmacist License
BLS & ACLS Certifications
Hospital/Inpatient Pharmacist experience
Sterile compounding experience (preferred)
Pharmacy Residency and/or BCPS (preferred)
Oncology infusion experience (preferred)
