Med/Surg Telemetry RN – Local Contract

Canton, OH | Nights 3x12

Requirements:

Minimum 18 months of recent Med/Surg Telemetry experience
Minimum 18 months combined permanent/staff experience in Med/Surg Telemetry
Permanent Ohio RN license OR Compact RN license in hand
AHA or American Red Cross BLS required
AHA or American Red Cross ACLS required
NIHSS must be obtained prior to start
Epic experience required
