Description

Candidates must have 2 years experience in an ER setting, Required NIH, BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, NIHSS KY or compact license required. No trauma level one experience necessary. Travel experience preferred, but not necessary. (Will only take first time travelers with level 1 ER exp). RTO for longer than 1 week not approved unless special circumstance. Local travelers within 100 miles are not accepted at this facility.


Shift Information: Night (3x12 Hours) 19:00 7:30

 

  1. RTO - must be presented at time of submission. Any time off sent after the offer will not be approved.
  2. 2 yrs experience required in specialty - unless specified otherwise in the job description or UD.
  3. Compact or KY State License (required at time of submission)
  4. WILL NOT accept any licensure hits. If you are submitting a traveler with a license hit, the submission will be rejected.
  5. PLEASE READ: For this health system- we MUST know at time of submission if they have previously worked at this facility.

Th recruiters are super nice and helpful.

Cons

Lack benefits and perks other companies offer. Was incorrectly paid more than once. The assignment was the worst I’ve experienced from management down to housekeeping. They nitpick travelers on every level and give them double the respiratory therapist to patient ratio with every assignment spread over multiple floors and areas on every side of the facility. Staff makes no attempt at teamwork. Bottom line: Malone is ok🥴 but has MUCH room to improve. Elizabethtown, KY is awful and puts their patients and your license at risk every shift. Don’t do it!
