Travel Physical Therapist (PT) – Outpatient Rehab
Castle Rock, Colorado
We are seeking a Travel Physical Therapist for an outpatient rehab contract in Castle Rock, Colorado. This opportunity offers the chance to work with an adult outpatient population while helping patients improve mobility, strength, function, and overall quality of life.
This is a great fit for a PT who enjoys orthopedic outpatient care, individualized treatment planning, and working with a collaborative therapy team.

- 36 Hours Guaranteed
- Expectation to work up to 40 hours
- Adult Patient Population
- 12–14 Patients Per Day
- Productivity Expectation: 60 visits/week

Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and reassessments.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient goals and functional needs.
- Treat orthopedic, post-surgical, sports medicine, neurological, and general musculoskeletal conditions.
- Provide therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, gait training, balance training, and functional mobility interventions.
- Educate patients on home exercise programs, injury prevention, and safe movement strategies.
- Complete timely documentation and progress reporting.
- Float to nearby outpatient clinics as needed.
- Support occasional double-booking of follow-up visits when appropriate.
Requirements
- Active Colorado PT license required.
- Single-state Colorado license required, or already applied with confirmation.
- BLS required.
- Outpatient experience preferred.
- Candidate must be approved by director before any OT hours are worked.
- Local candidates within 50 miles may be considered at a local rate.
