Travel SNF PT Opportunity – Fall River, MA
Ardor Health Solutions is seeking a Physical Therapist for a 13-week Skilled Nursing Facility assignment in Fall River, Massachusetts.
This is a great opportunity for a PT who enjoys working with an adult and geriatric population and helping patients regain strength, mobility, balance, and independence following illness, injury, hospitalization, or surgery.
Position Highlights

- Primarily rehabilitation and restorative therapy
- Collaborative interdisciplinary rehab team
- Focus on improving functional mobility and independence
Qualifications Required
- Current Massachusetts Physical Therapist license or ability to obtain prior to start
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Current BLS certification
- Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills
- Ability to develop and implement individualized plans of care
- Comfortable treating adult and geriatric patients with varying levels of medical complexity
- Strong communication and time-management skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with nursing, therapy, physicians, and other members of the care team
What You'll Do
- Perform comprehensive PT evaluations and reassessments
- Develop individualized treatment plans and functional goals
- Provide gait, balance, strengthening, transfer, and mobility training
- Treat orthopedic, neurological, post-surgical, and medically complex patients
- Help patients improve safety and independence with functional mobility
- Provide fall-prevention education
- Educate patients, families, and caregivers
- Collaborate with OT, SLP, nursing, physicians, and the interdisciplinary care team
- Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation
