Travel Nurse RN - Med Surg / Telemetry

Certifications:  WI RN, AHA BLS, AHA ACLS, & AHA PALS  (required) 
Education: BSN not Required, Strongly Preferred

Minimum Experience: 2+ years M/S RN Experience REQUIRED & 1 previous completed travel contract REQUIRED.

Preferred Experience: Point of Care Testing (strongly preferred)

Charting: Epic Required in last year

Required Skillset: Good Communicator & Team Player

Unit Information (Bed size, Case type, Patient ratio):  10 Inpatient beds, 8 ED Bays, 1 Consult Room, 3 Hallway Patients, and Ratio 1:3-5. Paramedic or RN or MMIT on site.

Hospital/Unit Information: Integrated care model with a point of care approach. All team members work together to provide cohesive patient care. Please note, all Med/Surg RNs will be training on Warming Kitchen protocols to promote a strong patient experience.

Weekend Rotation: Up to every other weekend, as few as every 4th weekend (based on need) 
Holiday Rotation: Holiday Rotation

Float Requirements:  Float to ED  for helping hands (as needed) and float to TC Oshkosh. Traveler also must be open to float to all Thedacare Facilities (up to a 60 mile radius), as needed.
