• Discipline: Occupational Therapist

• Number of positions needed: One

• Start date needed: ASAP

• Duration of assignment: 13 Weeks

• Facility Setting? Inpatient rehabilitation

• Will position be required to float to other units? If so, what units? No

• Number of beds in your facility? 13

• Preferred experience level? 1 year+ in ARU or IRF

• What is the work schedule for this position? M-F 7:00 to 4:00

• EMR for your facility: Cerner Powerchart

• Scrub colors / dress code: Maroon. Black is also acceptable

• Parking Location: Onsite structure, free with badge
