Registered Nurse – Progressive Care Unit (PCU) |

Location: Watertown, NY
Facility: Samaritan Medical Center
Contract: 13 Weeks
Start Date: August 31, 2026
Shift: Days | 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM
Guaranteed Hours: 36 hrs/week

Position Overview

Seeking an experienced PCU RN for a 13-week travel assignment caring for higher-acuity patients in a fast-paced progressive care setting.

Requirements

Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
Active NY RN license
BLS, ACLS & NIH required
PALS preferred
Critical-care experience preferred
1+ successful travel assignment required
Strong clinical assessment, prioritization, and communication skills
Charge RN experience may be required

Additional Details

12-hour day shifts
Weekend & holiday requirements
Call required
No floating
Travel and Local both accepted
100-mile radius rule
36 hrs/week guaranteed
