Client: Outpatient Therapy in Assisted Living Communities
Setting: Outpatient Geriatrics (ALF-Based)
Profession: Physical Therapist (PT)

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 40 Hours Guaranteed

- Focus on balance, fall prevention, gait training, strengthening, mobility, and functional independence
- No home health visits—patients are treated within the ALF communities
