Position: Cath Lab RN — MU Health Care, 4x10s Days (07:00–17:30)

Shift & Call

• 8–9 (docs also say 9-10 elsewhere) call shifts/month
• 1 call weekend/month
• Daily census ~15

Requirements

• 2 years experience — first-time travelers OK
• ACLS required
• Trauma Level I experience preferred, charge experience preferred
• Cerner preferred (charting)
• No locals within 50 miles
• License: MO or Compact in hand (not pending, unlike the last one)
• Physical demands: active role, lifting/moving 20+ lbs, must be able to work full contract term, assigned shifts, call, weekends, and at least 50% of holidays

Compliance (Tier 3)

• Compliance deadline: 2pm PST Wednesday before start
• Max RTO: 10 days
• Modules: non-billable, 4–6 hrs avg, done during orientation + annually via Cornerstone
• Re-orientation waived if returning within 18 months
• Extensions: up to 3 consecutive 13-week contracts (9 months total), then mandatory 6-month break before returning to MU Health Care via agency

Floating — mandatory for all travelers, including as Patient Observers/Sitters:

• ICU ↔ PCU/MS
• PCU ↔ MS/ICU
• MS → MS/Tele
• Pediatrics → anywhere (as sitter)
• Post-Partum → MS
• L&D → within Maternal/Child only
