Schedule / On-Call Requirements

Shift: 7:00 AM–5:30 PM, 4 × 10-hour shifts/week
Regular Operations: Monday–Friday; closed weekends and major holidays except for call coverage.
On-Call: 4–5 shifts/month
- 3–4 weekday call shifts: 5:30 PM–7:00 AM (13.5 hours)
- 1–2 weekend call shifts: 7:00 AM–7:00 AM (24 hours)
On-Call Response: 30-minute response time
Scheduling: Self-scheduling after the initial month; call shifts may be traded.
Sleep Room: 1 room available on a first-come, first-served basis for OR/PACU staff.
Schedule Posting: Drafted by the 5th and finalized by the 15th for the following month.
