Description
🏥 Travel RN – ICU
📍 Indianapolis, IN
🌙 Nights | 7 PM–7:30 AM
⏰ 36 hrs/week | 3×12s
📅 13-week contract | Start: 9/21/2026
📆 Every other weekend – Fri/Sat nights
Unit: 30-bed Adult ICU
👩⚕️ Ratios: 1:1–1:3
💻 EPIC
Requirements:
- 2+ years ICU experience
- BLS & ACLS
- Strong assessment skills
- Experience caring for septic & mechanically ventilated patients
- Hemodynamic monitoring experience
- CRRT experience preferred
Patient Population: Sepsis, respiratory failure, endocrine disorders, substance abuse & psychiatric conditions.
🔄 Floating: Required to other inpatient areas when home unit has low census.
💙 Scrubs: Navy

Cons
Lack benefits and perks other companies offer. Was incorrectly paid more than once. The assignment was the worst I’ve experienced from management down to housekeeping. They nitpick travelers on every level and give them double the respiratory therapist to patient ratio with every assignment spread over multiple floors and areas on every side of the facility. Staff makes no attempt at teamwork. Bottom line: Malone is ok🥴 but has MUCH room to improve. Elizabethtown, KY is awful and puts their patients and your license at risk every shift. Don’t do it!
