RN Hospice Director/Administrator - Ideally looking for someone who would be open to temp to perm. This role is based in a clinical and office environment and may involve patient care. 

JOB SUMMARY: The Hospice Director/Administrator plans, directs, and supervises all operations and patient care activities of the Hospice Department. This position oversees compliance, quality management, staffing, fiscal planning, and public relations while ensuring the delivery of compassionate, high-quality end-of-life care. The Administrator works collaboratively with hospital leadership, physicians, and staff to achieve strategic goals and ensure regulatory compliance.

Education, License, and Certification: Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Texas. Completion of an additional 16 hours of hospice-specific administrative education within 12 months of hire required. 

Experience: Two years’ experience in hospice administration preferred.
