RN Nurse Lead

Shift: Days – 8 Hours
Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours/week

Job Overview

• Position: RN Nurse Lead
• Provides unit-based nursing leadership in collaboration with the Nurse Manager, Director, physicians, and staff
• Supervises and directs nursing and ancillary personnel
• Uses professional judgment and independent decision-making to ensure effective unit operations
• Ensures patients receive safe, cost-effective, high-quality nursing care
• Focuses on positive patient outcomes and high patient satisfaction
• Assesses patient experience and implements improvements when needed

Required Experience

• RN leadership/charge experience preferred
• Experience supervising or directing nursing staff
• Experience collaborating with physicians, Nurse Managers, Directors, and interdisciplinary teams
• Strong clinical judgment and independent decision-making skills
• Experience with quality improvement and patient satisfaction initiatives
• Ability to oversee nursing and ancillary personnel

Required License & Certifications

• Active RN License – REQUIRED
