Position: Women's Health Nurse Practitioner
Location: Wilmington, CA
Pay: $85.00 - $95.00 per hour
Job Type: Full Time/Permanent
Shift: Days Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Schedule: 5 days/week
Expected Hours: 40 hours per week
Job Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Women's Health Nurse Practitioner (WHNP) to provide comprehensive healthcare services to women across all stages of life. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preventive care, diagnosis, treatment, patient education, and reproductive health management while collaborating with a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive healthcare services to women throughout their lifespan.
Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
Diagnose and treat a variety of women's health conditions.
Perform gynecological examinations, including Pap smears and breast exams.
Interpret diagnostic and laboratory test results.
Provide counseling on family planning, reproductive health, and menopause management.
Educate patients on disease prevention, wellness, and health maintenance.
Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care.
Maintain accurate and timely medical records.
Participate in community outreach and women's health awareness initiatives.
Stay current with evidence-based practices and advancements in women's healthcare.
Required Qualifications:
Active California state NP License.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team.
Knowledge of electronic health records (EHR/EMR).
