Description
Position: RN Case Management Manager
Shift: Days – 8:30 AM–5:00 PM
Schedule: Monday–Friday
Weekends: None
Contract: 12 weeks
Location: Baltimore, MD
Responsibilities:
- Manage the daily operations of the Case Management Department.
- Supervise 18 full-time inpatient Case Managers and 5 PRN weekend Case Managers.
- Report directly to the Director of Case Management.
- Provide leadership, guidance, and support to the case management team.
- Ensure compliance with case management and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee department workflow and daily operations.
- Support quality and efficient patient care coordination.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Active RN license required.
- At least 1 year of leadership/management experience required.
- Strong/deep understanding of Case Management required.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements required.
- ACM (Accredited Case Manager) OR CCM (Certified Case Manager) required.
- CPR certification required.
- Inpatient Case Management experience strongly preferred.
