Description
RN Case Manager – Travel | Kindred Hospital El Paso
Facility: Kindred Hospital El Paso – El Paso, TX
Position: RN Case Manager
Specialty: RN – Case Management
Assignment: 13 weeks
Start Date: September 7, 2026(May Change depending upon document completion)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Location: El Paso, TX 79902
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of recent RN Case Management experience
- Recent experience in LTAC or STACH setting preferred/required
- Experience with MCG, discharge planning, and acute-care case management
- Strong interdisciplinary team (IDT) collaboration skills
- Active Texas RN or Multistate/Compact RN License
- AHA BLS certification required and must be submitted with the application
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate patient care and ensure appropriate utilization of resources
- Perform comprehensive assessments, care planning, and care coordination
- Manage discharge planning and promote continuity of care
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, social workers, and other interdisciplinary team members
- Advocate for patient needs and preferences
- Support quality patient outcomes, satisfaction, and cost-effective care

I currently have been a traveler nurse for over 5 years. This is my far my favorite traveler experience. Onboarding is very easy. Jane and other communicate well. This was an issue in the beginning of my assignment but Jane quickly and nicely happen the issue. I will definitely do an assignment with this place again.
