Description
Resource Position - ER and MedSurg
Active OR license
ACLS, BLS, PALS, TNCC
2 years. ER and Medsurg experience required. This is a float BETWEEN MedSurg and ED as needed.
-For MedSurg: Nurse to patient ratio: 1:3-1:5 depending on census ----Usually 1:3-1:4. Can go up to 1:5 but RARELY happens.
-We always have a total of two nurses.
This traveler is open to working both MedSurg and ED - Hard to say percentage wise how much they would work per unit (e.g., 50% ED, 50% MedSurg) because they will be working where they are needed
