Position Overview

• Specialty: Emergency Room (ER / Critical Care)
• Position Type: Contract
• Duration: 13 Weeks (Standard)
• Target Start Date: 08/31/2026
• Shift: Days (3x12 Hours, 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM; 12-hour variable start times of 7:00 AM, 9:00 AM, or 12:00 PM). Note: Blocked scheduling is not allowed.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a full-time role (PRN experience will not be accepted). 3+ years preferred.
• Licensure: Current RN license required (does not need to be in hand at the exact time of submission, but must be in hand before start).
• Certifications: Active BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, and NRP certifications required.
• References: Two (2) professional references required at the time of submission.
• Health & Compliance: Proof of COVID-19 vaccination required. Zero tolerance for marijuana (positive THC test results in automatic contract cancellation).

Compliance & Facility Details

• RTO: All Return Time Off (RTO) must be provided and required at the time of submission.
• Radius Rule: 75-mile rule applies (local candidates not accepted).
• Float Policy: Candidates will not float to other hospitals.
• Background Policy: Background checks with hits are sent directly to the facility for approval prior to submission.
• Return Staff Policy: Return travelers are accepted if they have been gone for 6+ months before returning.
