Description
PCU RN: 36-bed unit with a 1:4 nurse-to-patient ratio.
BLS and ACLS required, with ICU/PCU stepdown and ventilator experience mandatory; first-time travelers accepted.
Nurses manage and titrate multiple drips, interpret telemetry, and care for complex post-ICU/critical patients, including vents and trachs.
12-hour shifts (7–7:30), 3 shifts/week, every other weekend minimum, with possible holiday rotation.
Floating may include ICU, CCU, PCU/Tele, Pulmonary, and MS-Tele. Royal Blue scrubs; 2-day unit orientation.
