UNIT:  ER
MGR INTERVIEW

Minimum Experience: 3-5+ years ER RN Experience REQUIRED & 1 previous completed travel contract REQUIRED (no new travelers). Preferred Experience: Point of Care Testing (previous experience strongly preferred). All point of testing will be required on unit. Lab training will be provided. (ie: spin down blood samples, do point of care lab testing, and ISTAT samples to report outpatient results)
Certifications:  WI RN, AHA BLS, AHA ACLS, AHA PALS & TNCC (required) 
Charting: Epic Required in last year
Float Requirements:  Float to M/S Float for helping hands (as needed) and float to TC Oshkosh. Traveler also must be open to float to all Thedacare Facilities (up to a 60 mile radius), as needed. 
Radius: candidate's perm address must be 50 miles from 101 N Commercial Drive, Neenah WI
Unit Information (Bed size, Case type, Patient ratio):  10 Inpatient beds, 8 ED Bays, 1 Consult Room, 3 Hallway Patients, and Ratio 1:4-6. Paramedic or RN or MMIT on site.
