Job Description
- Provides coordinated nursing care to patients or an assigned group of patients.
- Follows established standards of care and the nursing process.
- Supervises and directs various levels of assigned nursing staff.
- Coordinates patient care with other healthcare disciplines.
- Uses critical thinking and professional judgment.
- Requires supervisory discretion and independent judgment in patient-care decisions.
