- Common Cases All procedures including same day and overnight stays.
- Experience or 'Must have' skills IV skills a must.
- Surgical care knowledge, robotics.
- Shifts & Scheduling Day shift 8's or 10's 6-2, 7-3, 8-4, 9-5.
- Weeknight/Call Requirement 1-2 second calls every schedule (a month).
- Which is a 24 hour call 1 day on the weekend from 7A-7A.
- Weekend Requirement Rotating Weekends 8hr 7-3 on Sat or Sun 24hour on call Sat/Sun.

Cons
Lack benefits and perks other companies offer. Was incorrectly paid more than once. The assignment was the worst I’ve experienced from management down to housekeeping. They nitpick travelers on every level and give them double the respiratory therapist to patient ratio with every assignment spread over multiple floors and areas on every side of the facility. Staff makes no attempt at teamwork. Bottom line: Malone is ok🥴 but has MUCH room to improve. Elizabethtown, KY is awful and puts their patients and your license at risk every shift. Don’t do it!
