RN - Emergency Dept
Job Overview
- Location: Los Alamos, New Mexico
- Employment type: Travel
- Contract length: 13 weeks
- Orientation: Weekly on Mondays
- Travel eligibility: Candidates must live 60 miles or more from the facility to be considered travel
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in New Mexico
- ED - Emergency Department (1 year of experience)
- ED - Emergency Department experience within the last year
- ACLS
- BLS
- PALS
- Crisis Prevention Intervention Training (CPI)
- NIH Certification
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- State compliance: Fingerprinting is required before hire in New Mexico, with documentation that the check is being processed
- Background check process: Clinicians may start on a 14-day waiver while waiting for results, but must be supervised
Additional Notes
- All required certifications must be available at submission because they are not available on site
- Each agency must have an account with the New Mexico Department of Health before the background check process can begin
