Position: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
Shift: 8H Days – Varied
Schedule: Every Other Weekend (EOW)
Guaranteed Hours: 40 hrs/week
Contract: 13 weeks

🔥 Must-Have Requirements

LCSW – Required
BLS – Required
Active California license – Required
5150 Certification – Required
PRIOR California Dignity Health experience – MANDATORY
- Candidates without prior CA Dignity experience will NOT be considered

📌 5150 Certification

California 5150 certification is required. The certification involves completing the required training program and passing the applicable exam.

⭐ Best Fit: An LCSW with prior California Dignity Health experience, active CA licensure, BLS, and current 5150 certification who is comfortable with varied 8-hour day shifts, every-other-weekend coverage, and floating.
