Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) with acute care case management/discharge planning experience for a travel assignment in California.
Requirements:
- Active California LMSW license (required; pending license not accepted)
- Minimum 2 years of acute care case management/discharge planning experience
- First-time travelers are welcome (manager review required)
- Must be willing to float as needed
- Weekend requirements will be discussed during the interview
- Maximum 7 days of RTO allowed
