Job Description

Looking for an experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) for a Med/Surg contract position on the 3E Medical/Surgical Unit.

The RN will provide safe, high-quality patient care to medical and surgical patients, collaborate with physicians and the multidisciplinary healthcare team, administer medications and treatments, monitor patient conditions, and accurately document care in accordance with hospital policies and nursing standards.

Key Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive nursing care to Med/Surg patients.
Assess, monitor, and document patient conditions.
Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
Educate patients and families regarding care plans and treatments.
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
Follow hospital policies, safety standards, and infection-control procedures.
