Description

Hospital: Methodist Hospital

Location: San Antonio, TX

Unit: Neuro Tele

Classification: RN-Tele

Shift Detail: Nights
Weekend: Rotation weekends with 2 weekend day commitments with flexibility to meet the needs of the unit.
Call Requirements: No
Guaranteed Hours: 36 Hrs.
Special Skills/Experience required: 2 Years +

Documentation system: Meditech
Floating policy: As needed
Must have: (candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role)

Telemetry experience
NIH REQUIRED
BLS
ACLS
2+ YEARS OF HOSP EXPERIENCE

Preferred Skills/Advanced Skills Needed:
Neuro-Stroke, Seizure, neurological disorders
Cardiac
Neuro-surgical
MEDITECH EXPERIENCE PREFERRED

Specialty/Unit Certifications Required: (RN)

Active TX Rn License-Temp License will NOT be accepted

Peripheral IV start
Foley, NGT insertions
Charting with Meditech
