Physical Therapist (PT) – Inpatient Acute & Outpatient
Glenwood Springs, CO
We are seeking a Travel Physical Therapist for a unique opportunity treating both Inpatient Acute and Outpatient populations in beautiful Glenwood Springs, Colorado. This position offers excellent clinical variety while providing care across multiple settings in a supportive hospital environment.
Assignment Details:
- Setting: Inpatient Acute & Outpatient
- Contract Length: 13 Weeks
- Schedule: 5x8 Day Shifts
- Start Date: ASAP
- Immediate Interview Available
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and treat patients in both acute care and outpatient settings
- Develop individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with physicians, nursing, and rehabilitation teams
- Provide patient and family education
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
