Inpatient OT Opportunity – Anaconda, MT
Ardor Health Solutions is seeking an Occupational Therapist for an inpatient hospital-based travel assignment in Anaconda, Montana.
This is a great opportunity for an OT who enjoys hospital-based rehabilitation, a varied adult patient population, and the greater autonomy that often comes with working in a smaller community hospital.

Qualifications Required
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
- Current Montana OT license or ability to obtain prior to start
- Current BLS certification
- Strong evaluation and treatment skills
- Comfortable working with hospitalized and medically complex patients
- Strong documentation and communication skills
- Previous inpatient or hospital experience preferred
What You'll Do
- Perform OT evaluations and reassessments
- Develop individualized plans of care
- Address ADLs, functional mobility, strength, endurance, cognition, and safety
- Provide therapeutic activities and functional training
- Educate patients and caregivers
- Assist with discharge planning and recommendations
- Collaborate with PT, SLP, nursing, physicians, and case management
- Complete timely clinical documentation
