RADIUS RULE: traveler's perm address must be at least 75 miles away from our facility.

RN Outpatient Case Manager

Coordinate inpatients and outpatients in the overall admission process and access to healthcare

SCHEDULE: 40-hours per week.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Graduate of an accredited or state board of nursing approved Registered/Professional Nursing program
State licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
Minimum of 3 year's RN Case Management Experience is required.
