SNF OT Opportunity – Stroudsburg, PA
Ardor Health Solutions is seeking an Occupational Therapist for a Skilled Nursing Facility travel assignment in Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania.
This is a great opportunity for an OT who enjoys working with an adult and geriatric rehab population, helping patients regain independence with daily activities following hospitalization, surgery, illness, or injury.

- Mix of short-term rehabilitation and longer-term patient needs
Qualifications Required
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
- Current Pennsylvania OT license or ability to obtain prior to start
- Current BLS certification
- Strong evaluation, treatment, and documentation skills
- Comfortable working with adult and geriatric patients
- SNF or geriatric rehab experience preferred
What You'll Do
- Complete OT evaluations and reassessments
- Develop individualized plans of care
- Address ADLs, strength, endurance, mobility, cognition, and safety
- Provide therapeutic activities and functional training
- Educate patients and caregivers
- Make adaptive equipment recommendations
- Collaborate with PT, PTA, SLP, nursing, and the interdisciplinary team
- Assist with discharge planning and recommendations
