- Start Date: ASAP
- Contract: Travel
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of acute care Case Management/Discharge Planning experience
- Patient Ratio: 1:20
- Floating: No
- Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend
- Holiday Requirement: Must be available to work holidays
- CA RN License: Required
- Pending License: Accepted, but active license must be in place by start date
- RTO: No more than 7 days
- Facility: Acute Care Hospital
- Dress Code: Business attire or scrubs
