Seeking an experienced RN First Assistant (RNFA) to join the Surgery Recovery Unit for day shifts. The RNFA will function as an integral member of the perioperative team, working under the direct supervision of the surgeon to provide safe, high-quality, and individualized patient care.

Responsibilities include assessing patients, assisting with surgical procedures, coordinating and evaluating patient care, providing patient/family education, and supporting transitions of care. The RNFA will collaborate closely with surgeons, nurses, physicians, patients, and other healthcare professionals while maintaining compliance with hospital policies, professional standards, and applicable regulations.

Requirements:

• Active CA RN License – Required
• CNOR – Required
• ACLS – Required
• BLS – Required
• PALS – Required
• 5+ years of experience – Required
• Scrubs provided
