Description
Seeking a qualified Pharmacist to support inpatient medication management and ensure safe, effective pharmaceutical care. The Pharmacist will verify and fill medication orders, monitor patient medication therapies, provide drug information to the healthcare team, identify and resolve potential medication safety concerns, and document clinical interactions appropriately.
The Pharmacist will also supervise and direct pharmacy support personnel while collaborating with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to promote safe and effective patient care.
Requirements
- Pharmacy school graduate – Required
- Active Pharmacist license in the state of practice – Required
- All state-required pharmacist licenses/certifications – Required
- BLS – Required
- ACLS – Required
- PALS – Required
- PharmD – Preferred
- 1 year technical experience – Required
- Inpatient clinical pharmacy experience – Required
