Description

Job Title: Supervisor, Appeals and Grievances Clinical Operations (RN)
Location: Remote (may require occasional travel to LA HQ)

Summary
Lead day-to-day clinical operations of the Appeals & Grievances (A&G) department. Oversee A&G RN staff, ensure proper staffing/coverage, and monitor performance to meet quality and productivity goals. Serve as SME on A&G regulations and policies, and support training and development of staff.

Requirements:

Associate's Degree in Nursing required (Bachelor's preferred)
8+ years RN acute/clinical experience; 2+ years supervisory/lead experience
Active, current, unrestricted California RN license
Strong knowledge of Appeals/Case/Utilization Management regulations
Proficient in Microsoft Word/Excel

Remote role; may require occasional travel to LA headquarters (approx. once/month) for audits. Requires flexibility for after-hours, weekends, holidays, and on-call as needed.
