Requirements:

Must Have Active NY RN License
Minimum 2+ Years of Outpatient Infusion Experience
Chemo Certified
BLS & ACLS (AHA) Required
Chemotherapy Certification Required
EPIC Experience Required

Unit: Outpatient Infusion
Patient Population: Adult & Geriatric
Common Diagnoses: Oncology, Neuro, Anemia, GI, etc.
