Description

Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care during cardiac catheterization and invasive vascular procedures
Circulate and monitor patients throughout procedures
Assist with coronary and peripheral angiography, angioplasty, thrombectomy, and stenting procedures
Monitor patient condition and respond appropriately to changes
Ensure appropriate supplies and devices are available and used safely
Support the cardiac cath team during procedures
Participate in STEMI call coverage

Requirements

Registered Nurse (RN) with experience in Cardiac Catheterization Lab
Experience providing patient care during interventional cardiac catheterizations
Experience circulating and monitoring invasive cardiac and vascular procedures
Knowledge of supplies and devices used in:
- Coronary and peripheral angiography
- Angioplasty
- Thrombectomy
- Stenting
- Other invasive cardiac/vascular procedures
STEMI call experience/availability required
Shift schedule can be discussed during contract negotiations
