Experience & Skills - Minimum 1 year experience in a pharmacy setting, either as an intern or pharmacist, required - Hospital Pharmacy experience preferred - PGY 1 or PGY2 preferred - Experience with CADD pump programming - Familiarity with basic Pyxis functions - Experience with medication safety reporting systems - Ability to retrieve policy and procedures from intranet - Use of electronic drug information resources (Up-to-Date, Neofax) - KBMA scan code entry in EPIC License & Certification - Not specified
