Cardiac Cath Technician
Job Title: Cardiac Cath Technician
Department: Cardiac Cath Lab – 6670V Cardiac Cath GMC
Contract Length: 13 Weeks
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:45 AM–5:15 PM
Local Candidate Restriction: No candidates residing within 50 miles
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of recent Cardiac Cath Lab experience
- Minimum 2–4 years of interventional/diagnostic experience within the specialty
- Cath Lab experience required
- Structural Heart experience required
- ECMO experience required
- AHA BLS certification required
- Must hold ARRT or RCIS certification
- Associate degree in Health Science or completion of an accredited technology program such as:
- Cardiovascular Technology (CVT)
- Radiologic Technology
Responsibilities
Responsible for assisting with and supporting a wide range of Cardiac Cath Lab procedures, including but not limited to:
- Left Heart Catheterization
- Right Heart Catheterization
- High-Risk PCI
- Pacemaker procedures
- Peripheral procedures
- Structural Heart procedures
- ECMO
- EKOS procedures
