Description
Registered Nurse – Medical/Surgical
Location: Atlanta, GA 30342
Address: 1000 Johnson Ferry Road NE
Unit: 694A ATL Clinical Care – Inpatient Acute Care
Contract: 13 Weeks
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 5×8-hour shifts | 40 hours/week
Shift: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Local Candidate Restriction: No candidates residing within 50 miles
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of recent inpatient nursing experience
- AHA BLS certification required
- Strong Medical/Surgical or acute care nursing experience
- Proficiency with IV insertion and IV medication administration
- Experience administering IV antibiotics required/preferred
- Chemotherapy or Oncology experience is not required
Patient Population
- Primarily infectious disease and acute care patients
- No oncology-based patient population
- No chemotherapy administration involved
