SNF OT Opportunity – Florence, SC
Ardor Health Solutions is seeking an Occupational Therapist for a Skilled Nursing Facility travel assignment in Florence, South Carolina.
This is a great opportunity for an OT who enjoys working with an adult and geriatric rehabilitation population and helping patients regain independence following hospitalization, surgery, illness, or injury.
You'll work as part of an interdisciplinary rehab team with a focus on improving patients' ability to safely perform everyday activities and return to their highest possible level of function.

Qualifications Required
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
- Current South Carolina OT license or ability to obtain prior to start
- Current BLS certification
- Strong evaluation and treatment skills
- Strong clinical documentation and communication skills
- Comfortable working with adult and geriatric patients
- SNF or geriatric rehabilitation experience preferred
What You'll Do
- Complete OT evaluations and reassessments
- Develop individualized plans of care
- Address ADLs, strength, endurance, functional mobility, cognition, coordination, and safety
- Provide therapeutic activities and functional training
- Recommend adaptive equipment and compensatory strategies
- Educate patients and caregivers
- Collaborate with PT, PTA, SLP, nursing, and other members of the care team
- Assist with discharge planning and recommendations
- Complete timely clinical documentation
