OT Opportunity – Anthony, KS

Ardor Health Solutions is seeking an Occupational Therapist for a travel assignment with a small Critical Access Hospital in Anthony, Kansas.

This is a great opportunity for an OT who enjoys variety and autonomy rather than treating the same type of caseload every day. You'll provide therapy across inpatient, swing bed, and outpatient settings, giving you the chance to work with patients across different diagnoses, ages, and stages of recovery.

Qualifications Required

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
• Current Kansas OT license or ability to obtain prior to start
• Current BLS certification
• Strong evaluation and treatment skills
• Comfortable working across multiple settings
• Ability to work independently in a smaller hospital environment
• Strong documentation, communication, and time-management skills
• Previous hospital, rural healthcare, or mixed-setting experience preferred

What You'll Do

• Complete OT evaluations and reassessments
• Treat patients across inpatient, swing bed, and outpatient settings
• Develop individualized plans of care
• Address ADLs, strength, endurance, mobility, cognition, coordination, and safety
• Provide therapeutic activities and functional training
• Educate patients and caregivers
• Recommend adaptive equipment and compensatory strategies
• Participate in discharge planning
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary hospital team
• Complete timely clinical documentation
