Description

Responsibilities

Provide respiratory care to patients across various clinical settings, including critical care.
Assess patients’ respiratory status and determine appropriate respiratory therapy interventions.
Perform respiratory assessments, treatments, and procedures according to physician orders and established protocols.
Monitor patients’ responses to respiratory treatments and modify interventions as clinically appropriate.
Assist with the management of patients requiring advanced respiratory support and critical care.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Respiratory Therapy required.
Associate Degree in Respiratory Therapy may be accepted/preferred as specified.
0–2 years of clinical experience required.
Minimum 6 months of critical care experience required.
Current NBRC Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) or Respiratory Care Professional (RCP) credential required.
BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP certification required.
