Description
RN – Home Health | Katy, TX | Day Shift
Location: Katy, TX
Contract: 13 Weeks
Shift: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM | 5x8s
Schedule: On-call rotation required
We are seeking an experienced Home Health Registered Nurse (Field RN) for a 13-week assignment in Katy, TX.
Requirements:
- Active RN license in hand
- Minimum 1 year of Home Health experience
- Minimum 2 years of overall clinical/RN experience
- HCHB (Homecare Homebase) experience/training required
- OASIS experience required
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance required
- Must be willing to travel up to 50 miles from the home base
- Must be comfortable with on-call rotation, including 1 weekday night as needed
- No license hits accepted
