Outpatient OT Opportunity – Reedsport, OR

Ardor Health Solutions is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist for a travel assignment in Reedsport, Oregon, with a strong outpatient focus.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an OT looking to spend a contract on the beautiful Southern Oregon Coast while joining a supportive hospital-based rehabilitation team.

The position has a strong emphasis on evaluation and treatment of patients with lymphedema, so previous lymphedema treatment experience is required.

Qualifications Required

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
• Current Oregon OT license or ability to obtain prior to start
• Current BLS certification
• Lymphedema treatment experience required
• Certified Lymphedema Therapist (CLT) preferred
• Outpatient experience preferred
• Strong patient education and documentation skills
• Ability to work independently
• Excellent communication and time-management skills

What You'll Do

• Complete OT evaluations and reassessments
• Evaluate and treat patients with lymphedema
• Develop individualized plans of care
• Provide therapeutic activities and functional interventions
• Address ADLs, strength, mobility, endurance, coordination, and functional independence
• Provide patient and caregiver education
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary rehab team
• Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation
