SNF OT Opportunity – Virginia Beach, VA
Ardor Health Solutions is seeking an Occupational Therapist for a Skilled Nursing Facility travel assignment in Virginia Beach, Virginia.
This is a great opportunity for an OT who enjoys working with an adult and geriatric rehab population, helping patients regain independence and safely return to their highest possible level of function following hospitalization, surgery, illness, or injury.

- Collaborative interdisciplinary rehab team
Qualifications Required
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
- Current Virginia OT license or ability to obtain prior to start
- Current BLS certification
- Strong evaluation and treatment skills
- Strong clinical documentation and communication skills
- Comfortable working with adult and geriatric patients
- SNF or geriatric rehabilitation experience preferred
What You'll Do
- Complete OT evaluations and reassessments
- Develop individualized plans of care
- Address ADLs, strength, endurance, mobility, cognition, coordination, and safety
- Provide therapeutic activities and functional training
- Recommend adaptive equipment and strategies
- Educate patients and caregivers
- Collaborate with PT, PTA, SLP, nursing, and other members of the care team
- Assist with discharge planning and recommendations
- Complete timely clinical documentation
